INGREDIENTS

Flour 2 1/2 cups,

3/4 cup,

1 egg,

Six tablespoons of spring onion,

One tablespoon at the end of the spring onion,

Sesame oil 1 key,

1 1/2 tablespoon of lard,

1 small spoon of salt

METHOD

1. Pour the boiling water into the flour and use the chopsticks to stir. Add the egg and mix well. Knead the dough and let it sit for 20 minutes.

2. Divide the dough into six pieces, each of which is flat, and then use the rod to form a round sheet. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of onion, a little sesame oil, lard and salt. Then both sides fold inside, pressing flat with hand. Then use a pole rod to form a round cake with a thickness of about 0.5cm.

3. Use a pan with a tablespoon of oil, then slowly fry the crust.
